Leftover Salmon - June 12th, 1999 , New-grass,bluegrass,polyethnic slamgrass! This was our first meeting with these incredible fun-lovin musicians, not to be our last. What fun , make sure you stop by anytime, Salmons in the water!!!

Sun Ra Arkestra - June 26th, 1999 , This CLASSIC jazz ensemble explained to us in magical terms,why they are true legends. By far the most spiritual music to fill the Quarry ever. Leaving us completely blown away. We hope to be able to bring them back. Space is the place!

Tommy "Chong" - July 17th, 1999 ,of Cheech& Chong. Another with an endless list and classic body of work, showed us a good time like we will NEVER forget. His wife Shelby along with his two sons spent the day and evening at the Quarry enjoying the Park and its people. His music and comedy act left us all wanting more and awaiting his return!

Mickey Hart - July 22nd, 1999 ,Drummer/percussion for the Grateful Dead, endless list of musical endeavors and ventures around the world, playing with and archiving indigenous music for the National Archives. Mickey and his band Planet Drum, at the Quarry,words can not describe,music with a feeling. What a night!

Ekoostik Hookah - August 6th and 7th, 1999 ,Our Ohio music legends who bring with them fluid jams and a faithful following make the Ledges an annual 2 night summer spectacular.

Vince Welnick - August 14th, 1999 ,Co-founder and member of the Tubes, also keys for the Grateful Dead after1990. Vince felt right at home and it came through in the music.

Bernie Worrell - October 1st, 1999 ,Co-founder&member of Parliament Funkadelic, also keys and writer with the Talking Heads. An endless body of work, with much more to come. Great people who get it on, hearts of gold and definitely got the FUNK!

Victor Wooten - October 2nd, 1999 ,Bass player for Bela Fleck&Flecktones, voted Bass player of the year for 3 years now, solo show-on fire-simply amazing! Reunion tour with brothers and band.
